Blackfoot River

The Blackfoot River is a medium size freestone river that flows through many canyons and mountain valleys. This river has it all, ripples, runs, and pocket water. The Blackfoot has many hatches, including a good stone fly hatch early in the summer. Some fish you might expect to see are brown trout, rainbows, and west slope cutthroats. This river is a jewel and the scenery is second to none.
